CartRise ("the app") is a post-purchase offers application available through the Wix App Market, operated by RedClan Ventures Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing the app on a Wix store, you ("you", "the merchant") agree to these terms.
The app displays one-time offers on your store's thank-you page and reports statistics, including revenue attributed to redeemed discount codes. We aim for accurate reporting but statistics are provided for information only and are not a financial record.
You are responsible for the products, prices, and discount codes you configure in the app, and for complying with Wix's terms, consumer law, and advertising rules in your market. Discount codes are created and redeemed through Wix's own coupon system.
The app runs on Wix's infrastructure. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, but will not remove your data without notice.
The app is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed through Wix's native billing, and the terms shown at upgrade will apply. Your existing data remains yours either way.
The app stores only the offer-event data described in our privacy policy. Uninstalling the app removes its data collections. Keep any exports you need before uninstalling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from the app is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free plan, is zero). We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect losses.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix dashboard. We may suspend the app for breach of these terms or of Wix's policies.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app dashboard or by email to the address on your Wix account.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
